All flatware may be returned if you are not 100% satisfied.

No returns will accepted if we not contacted within three days after you receive the item.

All items must be returned unused and unwashed with their original factory boxes (if they came with a box), and in their original factory plastic wrapping.

Buyer will pay all return shipping costs.

Item must be shipped using "delivery confirmation" so that their is no question it arrives here. 

When item is received, a full refund will be issued , less shipping costs.
